Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To address any issues, contact our support team at support@coffeecurry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, our delivery partners are unable to accommodate requests for exchanges or corrections due to wrong deliveries.

As per Government regulations applicable to all essential and food categories, orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. Please ensure cancellation requests are sent to support@coffeecurry.com before the order is custom-prepared and dispatched from Coffeecurry's end.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items/Non-Refundable

Some of our items including our coffee sachets, coffee pouches, loose coffee, herbs, spices and herbal tisanes cannot be returned (or refunded), because they are perishable goods. We also don't accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. However, we do accept exchanges for most of our items if they are requested for an exchange within the offer period (2 days). Please check our exchange policy below. 

Exchange Requests 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@coffeecurry.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address (based on your nearest location), as well as instructions to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@coffeecurry.com

Please keep the below steps in mind for the exchange:

• You need to send 4 pictures of the coffee pack (from all sides) and a short video of the packet in the mail to support@coffeecurry.com, for our quality team to inspect and grant you the exchange approval.
• Once we have verified that the packaging is in good condition, we will mail you to proceed with the packing for a return exchange. We will arrange for pickup service at your convenience. Please note that for the exchange pickup, you will need to pay a shipping cost of Rs.150 per box, which would also include the shipping cost of the new box reaching you as well.
• Please do let us know in the email, which coffee you would need in replacement. Please note that the newly selected coffee should be of at least the same value as the previous coffee. Any additional difference will be paid by you before dispatching of new coffee.
• Please note: Only dispatch the existing coffee pack once you have received a confirmation mail from our side for the exchange approval. Please try using the same box for exchange - the one you received the pack in, initially.
• Once we receive your parcel of existing coffee, it will go for a quality check. Once the coffee is passed a quality check to ascertain the packet condition, we will dispatch your new order.

Please note - exchanges are only possible in India. Exchanges are not possible for orders outside India.

Example cost for an exchange:

Say you had ordered a coffee of value - Rs. 600. Since you are going for a replacement, Rs. 150 is the charge which we will have to bear to send you the new product via courier. Your new Coffee should be at least Rs. 600 value. Your net pay, in that case, will be Rs 750 (Rs. 150 + New coffee Value of Rs. 600).
